Written By Joseph Jackson 27 May 2019

Apothecary 27 Founder and Nutritional Therapist Joe Jackson, shares with us his favourite products on our shelves right now.

Joe Shares His Favourite Items From The Apothecary 27 Shelves
I always find it really hard to choose my favourite items from the shelves, as everything I stock, I stock for a reason. Choosing what we sell is one of the most exciting parts of my job, as it allows me to create my "dream store". However, the following are the items I find myself consistently putting in my shopping basket at the moment.
..............................................................................................................
Mr. Moxey's CBD Mints: £24.95
We're sampling these in store at the moment, and people are getting fantastic results! I always feel so much more grounded when I use them, that's why I always carry some with me.
........................................................................................................................
Symprove Mango & Passionfruit Probiotic: £79.00
Symprove is the gold standard in probiotics. It's live from the moment you drink it and survives your stomach acid before being delivered to the small intestine. Take it on an empty stomach each morning
........................................................................................................................
Minami Nutrition MorEPA Fish Oil Capsules: £41.45
I eat a mainly plant-based diet, however, one supplement I always take is fish oil, as it is more readily recognized and used in our bodies than plant-based alternatives. It contains naturally high levels of omega-3, which is responsible for so many functions in the human body. This one-a-day capsule delivers a high dose of omega-3, as well as 1000iu of Vitamin D.
........................................................................................................................
Seggiano Raw Basil Pesto: £5.95
This is honestly one food I can't live without. It's the cleanest pesto on the market - and the tastiest. It's made in small batches in Italy and brings any dish to life. In fact, I just blended some with avocado and had it on toast before writing this. Added bonus - it's also completely plant-based.
........................................................................................................................
Pip & Nut Cherry Bakewell Almond Butter: £3.99
This new addition to the Pip & Nut range is delicious. If you like marzipan, you're going to love this. I don't often have the chance to spread it on anything, as I end up spooning it from the jar as a mid-afternoon snack.
........................................................................................................................
Raw Press Chill Adaptogen Granola: £5.95
Ashwagandha is one of my favourite supplements, as it's great for balancing the adrenals and combatting stress. It really works, which is why I find it so easy to recommend to people. Now you can consume your daily serving in this delicious new granola by Raw Press. The packaging is also completely compostable.
........................................................................................................................
Lena Wild Harmony Bloom Facial Oil: £62.00
Yelena, the founder of Lena Wild was also on the "30 Under 30" List I was lucky enough to be placed on this year - and she completely deserves it. This luxurious facial oil is made from the best quality organic and wild harvested ingredients. It's great for oily/combination skin types in particular. Ask for a sample next time you're in the store - your skin will love you for it.
........................................................................................................................
Dr. Bronner Lavender Castille Soap: £17.49
This self-proclaimed  "18-In-1" soap by Dr. Bronner is always a holiday essential for me. You can use it as a body wash, shampoo, surface cleaner or laundry detergent to rinse your clothes. Apparently, it can also be used as a toothpaste - but I haven't been that brave yet!
........................................................................................................................
The Beauty Chef Glow Powder: £39.99
Glow Powder by The Beauty Chef is a great way to introduce a variety of good bacteria and Vitamin C into your system, which naturally helps fight the signs of aging, as well as nourishing and protecting your skin from the inside out. It's delicious blended in water or for making a smoothie bowl.
