  4. large handful of finely chopped vegetables (we use green pepper, broccoli and grated courgette)

  5. 400g tin of butter beans (drained and rinsed)

  6. 1tbsp brown rice miso

  7. 1tsp bouillon (if you like some extra saltiness in your dish)

  8. handful of chopped parsley and chives

  9. juice of half a lemon (add a little extra if you like)
